Prepare & Plan

Discovery

Our consultants conduct thorough discovery sessions to capture, document, and gain a deep understanding of your compensation plans, pain points, infrastructure, and reporting requirements.

Design

InnoVyne creates a blueprint of your solution that addresses functional and technical configuration of your business requirements. This details points of integration with source and target systems, data-entry points, and specifics of configuration elements that comprise the final solution.

Configuration

InnoVyne configures your solution. Our consultants collaborate with you to train all stakeholders and ensure they are able to understand, operate, and utilize the solution on an ongoing basis.

Testing

Before anything goes live, InnoVyne will vigorously test all systems. This can include System Integration, User Acceptance and Quality Assurance testing. We work closely with our clients to develop test plans that they can also execute independently.

Launch
