Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation team in the entire life-cycle of the SPM implementation;
- Gather and clarify business requirements, carry out analysis and design, and comprehensively document proposed solutions;
- Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components, including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews;
- Lead a team of consultants to design changes to existing models and integrate new solutions into the client’s infrastructure;
- Manage the documentation of requirements, technical specifications, and end-user guides ;
- Implement and manage best practices within the team
- Provide technical oversight to the team of consultants and work as a subject matter expert;
- Work with our clients to troubleshoot Production issues;
Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing sales performance management solutions or related software implementation experience;
- Great interpersonal communication skills & ability to interact with clients;
- Excellent analytical skills with a positive “can-do” attitude;
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree or recognized technical diploma in Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline;
- Knowledge and capability of working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, applying complex formulae, and creating pivot tables;
- Practical hands-on experience with SQL, JavaScript, Rest API, and Python is an asset;
- Any experience working with Varicent, Xactly, CallidusCloud, or Optymyze is an asset;
