Job Position: Practice Director

InnoVyne Technologies is a consulting firm that specializes in Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. We partner with sales and finance organizations and address technology challenges related to achieving process automation and improving transparency and auditability in their sales operations, and financial planning processes.

As a practice director, you’ll be on the front lines of how InnoVyne grows our EPM business by leading our strategic alliances with technology and services partners. In addition, you will lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close and coordinate collaboration with customer success, technical teams, etc. You’ll also be responsible for building c-suite & executive level relationships with our clients across an array of industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the EPM practice strategy and manage our relationships with partners
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing within the EPM practice.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of EPM services, tools, and technologies (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment, Planful, Vena) to effectively position the offering to clients.
  • Present tailored EPM services solutions to prospects, demonstrating value in consulting, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on sales campaigns and collaterals.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and on-going support

Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills: Familiarity with financial management processes, EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment, Planful, Vena), and how they help organizations optimize financial performance.

Mandatory

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Preferred).
  • Experience: At least 10 years of combined experience in any of the following: Enterprise software sales (preferably in the EPM, FP&A consultative selling, EPM Software Services, Business Manager for FP&A related function.
  • Proven track record of success.
