Open Role: Account Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing within the SPM sector.
  • Identify key accounts and build relationships with decision-makers (CRO, CFO, Sales/Revenue Operations, HR Application Managers, etc.).
  • Maintain a deep understanding of SPM services, tools, and technologies (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, CaptivateIQ) to effectively position the offering to clients.
  • Present tailored SPM services solutions to potential clients, demonstrating value in consulting, implementation, and ongoing support
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on sales campaigns and collaterals
  • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and post-sale satisfaction.

Expectations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in the SPM, business intelligence, or financial software space primarily targeting the US/ North American market.
  • Experience in consultative selling, solution sales, and managing long sales cycles (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with sales operations or compensation management processes, SPM solutions (e.g. Xactly, Varicent, CaptivateIQ), and how they help organizations optimize financial performance.
  • Proven track record of success (President’s Club, Chairman’s Club).
  • Proven attitude of going above and beyond expectations
